ClutchTip provides sports predictions and analysis generated by proprietary algorithms. Our Service includes:

ClutchTip is an information and entertainment service only. We do not facilitate, process, or encourage any form of gambling or betting.

3. Subscription and Billing

ClutchTip offers subscription-based access to our prediction service. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Provide accurate and complete billing information

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of ClutchTip, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Verify that online sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction before placing any wagers
• Not redistribute, resell, or share your subscription access with others
• Not use automated systems to access or scrape our Service
• Provide accurate account information and maintain its confidentiality

5. No Gambling Services

ClutchTip does not:

• Facilitate or process any gambling or betting transactions
• Accept or place bets on your behalf
• Operate as a bookmaker or betting exchange
• Guarantee any outcomes or winnings

Our Service provides predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only. Any decision to place a wager is made entirely at your own risk and discretion.

6. Accuracy and Performance

While we strive for high accuracy in our predictions, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy of any individual prediction
• Future performance based on historical results
• Profitability from following our predictions

Historical accuracy statistics displayed on our platform represent past performance only. Backtest accuracy (performance on historical data) will typically differ from live prediction accuracy. Both metrics are displayed separately for transparency.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClutchTip and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred from betting activities
• Decisions made based on our predictions
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You acknowledge that you use this Service at your own risk. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, data, and materials on ClutchTip are the intellectual property of ClutchTip and its operators. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our predictions
• Reverse engineer our prediction algorithms
• Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Sharing account access with non-subscribers
• Any conduct we deem harmful to our Service or other users
